These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Geneve Health Pty Ltd platform, Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) services, and AI-driven health insights (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a patient or clinical practice, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
1. Scope of Services & AI Disclosure
Geneve Health Pty Ltd provides an AI-powered platform that analyses Whole Genome Sequencing data to assist in personalised healthcare.

2. Eligibility & Global Operations

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may only have their data processed with the express consent of a legal guardian.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in Australia or other secure global hubs (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud regions) in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, GDPR (EU), and HIPAA (USA) where applicable.
3. Data Ownership and Privacy
Your genetic code is your most personal data.
